My Process: How We’ll Work Together

Step 1: Let’s Talk

We’ll start with a quick call to see if we’re a good fit. I’ll get a sense of your research needs, whether you need process guidance or help with a specific technical project. If we decide to move forward, we’ll define an initial project and I’ll send over an estimate.

Step 2: Getting Set Up

Once we’re on board, I’ll gather the details I need and connect with your point of contact, the person I’ll collaborate with throughout the project. Since research isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s crucial that I work closely with someone who deeply understands your company.

Step 3: Designing the Research

I’ll outline my hypothesis, the methods I’ll use, and the audience we’ll be studying. This ensures transparency and alignment before we dive in. I’ll share everything with your POC to make sure we’re on the right track.

Step 4: A Small Test Run

Before going all in, I’ll conduct a small pilot, maybe a single interview or a few survey responses, to confirm we’re asking the right questions and gathering meaningful insights. Once you give the green light, I’ll proceed with full-scale research.

Step 5: Showcase Day

This is where everything comes together. After analyzing the data, I’ll present my findings and deliverables in a way that makes sense for you. It could be a simple recap with key recommendations or a full journey map with personas. No matter the format, my goal is to make the research clear, actionable, and valuable to your business.
